This set of Solex 40PII-4 has been restored. The carb body manifold side has been milled flat. The throttle shaft bore has been align bored and bushed with bronze. The butterfly bores have been milled to an oversize of 40,5mm in order to clean up wear. Custom butterflies have been made to fit the oversized bores. All hardware is zinc plated and the carbs have been ultrasonically cleaned and tumbled in ceramic media. Carbs have been synchronised. Float level has been set and the injection quantity has been set.
